Self Deploying

If you have reason to self deploy and contact the Controller he will create an incident for you. This needs to be completed and closed, so when you have finished please log into Responder Manager and enter the details and close the incident or give the details to the Controller and he will do it for you.

Details needed, where, when, a brief description of what was done, time of completion and any mileage involved.

Every time I’ve tried to update a job I’m allocated to with details, e.g vehicle details or further info it never lets me

Next time you have that problem drop me a line and I will see if I can see what the problem is. If I am the on call or back-up Controller you are always welcome to send me the details and I will update/complete/close it for you.
