Thanks for the advisory sheet issued yesterday in preparation for this weeks activities. Apologies if I’ve missed a comms but can some one please confirm that the PPE (masks and gloves) and disinfectant wipes will be provided for the drivers involved?

Yes, that is something we are working on with the LRF. We should not be doing end user deliveries, but delivery from the strategic hub to the local hubs.

Ooh, if it wasn’t for this forum post, I wouldn’t have known about this sheet. Checked my junk folder and Derek’s email found its way into there. Just to make anyone aware that may not have seen an email yesterday.

Over the last month or so I have probably had around three hundred emails connected with 4×4 Response, every day I check the junk mail folder and every day there are some replies in it, I open them and I click on the add to safe senders list but still some end up in the junk folder again and again. Some members don’t log into this forum,
13 have not logged into Responder Manager at all this year
So there is no fail proof method or best place to post, perhaps it would help if you added us to your contacts list or “white list”.
31/03/2020 at 00:28 #7657AnonymousCould the spam filtering be hindered by the fact that for some reason, the headers show the e-mail “reply-to” as 94 duplicate addresses? This is what I see in Thunderbird (some bits removed for privacy/brevity):
Code:From – Sat Mar 28 16:56:33 2020
Return-Path:

Reference the above, I have noticed that when I have replied or forwarded an email some show dozens of duplicate addresses for the controller and some don’t. The messages were all sent out via Responder Manager, I wonder if this varies between email providers. I’ll try and find a couple of examples. https://www.hampshire4x4response.co.uk/forum/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=2301#p13813 [/url] 31/03/2020 at 09:28 #7660Adam HaighParticipant- Responder

All, Please note that there is a Driver Authorisation form on RM. This can ONLY be used in conjunction with an active tasking on RM. Please print and carry with you. The form is located on the home page along with the employers letter. 03/04/2020 at 09:55 #7662AnonymousWhat’s the purpose of the Driver Authorisation form? 03/04/2020 at 11:04 #7663Phil MartinKeymaster- Trustee
Driver Authorisation form is in case you are stopped by the police to enquire why you are on the roads if they doing any lockdown enforcements. Certainly I’m aware of at least one company that’s had its vehicles stopped. Phil

I have started a thread in the information section called COVID-19 Letters to be used during this periodIn this thread I will either post a copy of any relevant letters/advisory notes, or to avoid out of date copies, the location of such letters, with a brief explanation of what they are.
At this time there are three, a driver advisory note from Graham, a Driver Authorisation letter and an emergency volunteer letter
Here is a link to that thread
